I know Roland loves this tone, too, and I agree with Catherine that this feels so majestically Roman. I enjoy reading the comments when I come to visit you and rarely have anything new to add…except that I love your work (but that isn’t new, I’m afraid).
Again I am entranced by the light you capture, the captivating nearness and farness of the composition, and the sense of a unique setting. The overall feeling is cinematic to me, a magical frame that feels alive, one I could walk into, and continue down the path, and beneath the stone bridge.
